XOFA PROJECT

Xorla-Osagyefo Farmers Association is a non-governmental organization founded in 1999 based in the Asuogyaman District of the Eastern Region of Ghana, West Africa.  It was established by Cudjoe Exah, who is the president of the organization. This organization is committed to the preservation of natural resources through reforestation projects, agro-forestry work, watershed management, and sustainable community development. In addition to XOFA’s thirty-acre palm and teak experimental farm in the village of Labo Labo near Boso-Anum, more than two hundred additional acres of stool land in Dodi-Asantekrom, along the edge of Lake Volta, have been acquired from Nana Okore Awere II for reforestation and biodiversity project.
